Food

presentation

Good afternoon guys, Kindly stop to do what you’re doing and keep listening to me now: have you ever though tabou tsomething relevant, necessary and tasty for all of us? What am I talking about? The thing which represents our identity, our habits, ourvision. In other words: food. Does it make us who we are? Does food influence the way we live? What if the answer was yes? Don’tyou agree? By most people food is simpl yseen as a way to survive, but it’s not onlyt hat. Eating holds a greater meaning than simply being served on a plate. Food is, for example, the largest contributor in physical and psychological transformation. Every person need a different diet. Be careful. Diet doesn't mean you have to eat less and only fruit or vegetables, less pasta, less pizza. No. Diet is for everyone. To get in shape, to have a different living style, to feel better. A lot of doctors say that eating pizza once a week or eating junkfood once a week is fundamental too. You should eat what you love and then have a proper diet for your living style. If you want to get thinner, bigger, or stronger, just eat healthier. All kind of food is healthy but you should eat with a proper schedule and it will make you feel better. Nowadays food has developed a cultural conception; we can recognize a country by its most important and famous dishes. Food defines ourselves.Regarding this topic, I think it’s important to mention Italian food, which is known and eaten all over the world. In addition to the cooking tradition, it is also well known for the quality of the rawmaterials which could lead to have a healthy diet compared to other Countries, such as the United States, where obesity is more widespread, due to the lowerquality of rawmaterials. Food can be associates wih many thins. Here a brief instance to prove that food is healthy, all of it. I know what you're thinking: how can a hamburger be healthy? It can be. I can assure you. As well as sports, food is important. Combined together they become fundamental!
